RoadRunner Equipment Service Company Inc. is in the business of providing service to automotive garage equipment for automotive repair businesses throughout Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado. We are the Only Factory Authorized Service Provider of Snap-on Equipment products in this area. Snap-on brands may include products manufactured by or branded: Snap-on, SUN, JBC, John Bean Co., FMC, White Industries, Wheeltronic, and/or Blackhawk. RoadRunner Equipment Service Company Inc. is also a Factory Authorized Service Provider for equipment manufactured by or branded Robinair, Pro-Cut, Flow Dynamics, Norco Hydraulics, Clore Automotive (Viper), Motorvac, and Rels Mfg. Our highly trained technicians provide installation, customer training, equipment maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of automotive service products including, but not limited to, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tire changing, brake service, engine analysis, exhaust analysis, and fluid exchange (transmission, engine coolant, and air conditioning refrigerant). Though we allow for "mail-order" service for some products, generally RoadRunner Equipment Service Company performs all services at the customer site. We believe that on-site service is the best way to give our customers confidence in the quality of our repair, confidence in their equipment and maximum satisfaction. On-site service provides our technicians with the greatest opportunity to make sure that all equipment serviced by RoadRunner Equipment Service Company is fully operational and optimized for each customer's most common applications, as used by their staff, at their location, and on the vehicles that they service, before our technician leaves their site.

Management and Organization

Christian Koenig founded RoadRunner Equipment Service Company in the summer of 2006. His experience in field service operations in the automotive equipment industry dates back to 1985. Prior to "going independent" Christian was employed by Sun Electric Corporation, John Bean (FMC) Company, Equiserv, and Snap-on Equipment Service Company as a Field Service Engineer and later as a Field Service Manager. Christian Koenig's technical background has provided him with broad technical interests, knowledge, and the ability to conceptualize new technology quickly and understand product features, benefits, and potential service requirements. As a field service technician for leading national equipment sales and service organizations, his supervisors frequently recognized him for his outstanding technical ability and professionalism and ranked him in the top 5% nationally. Christian Koenig's management experience with leading national equipment sales and service organizations left him with a reputation of adding value to products, services and the overall customer experience, improving levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring loyalty and repurchase intent. Proactive, resourceful, and focused on objectives he was frequently recognized for delivering quality and performance above expectations. A leader, innovative, analytical, and detail oriented, skilled in performance management, personnel development, and team building, his passion for excellence coupled with his knowledge of the industry, his work ethic, and professionalism are tremendous asset to our organization.
